Location Directions

1. If you are coming from San Juan, take highway PR-26 West/Oeste till you get to PR-22 West/Oeste (Autopista) and get on PR-22 heading West.
2. Stay on PR-22 West/Oeste for 75km till you find Arecibo exit 75 B. That exit will take you to PR-10 on route to Utuado; after 20 minutes you will come to a traffic light at the intersection with PR-111 West (Oeste), so make a right towards the Caguana Indigenous Ceremonial Park. When you are halfway route PR 10 (after 10 minutes driving on route 10) you will see right before a large bridge a small sign that indicates to turn right onto PR 111, DO NOT TAKE THIS TURN, KEEP ON DRIVING AND WAIT UNTIL YOU REACH THE TRAFFIC LIGHT TO TURN RIGHT ONTO PR 111.
3. After 20 minutes you will find the Caguana Indigenous Ceremonial Park on your left. Our Tourist Information Center is the building just in front of it and here at Km 48.7, you will meet with our tour guides to check in.

Approximate driving time from San Juan: 1.40 hrs. We recommend giving yourself 2 hours to be safe.

1. If you are coming from Rincón, head South on PR-115, 1⁄2 mile past the Rincon Beach Resort, and turn left onto PR-402.
2. At the light, turn left and head North on Hwy. 2. After 10 min. exit onto PR-111 headed East (PR-111 will be after PR-417 and the exit ramp will be just after a bridge). Follow PR-111 towards Utuado, approximately 50 minutes.
3. As you drive East on PR-111, you will go about 36 Km and you will come to an intersection, veer to the right to stay on PR-111 toward Lares (after this point the Km signs ascend in sequence).
4. Go through the town of Lares and stay on PR-111 till you get to Km 40.1 where you will come to an intersection with RP-134, veer sharp right here and stay on PR-111.
5. Pass the Puma gas station, after 5 minutes you will cross a large bridge, then continue for one more minute until you get to our office in front of the Indigenous Ceremonial Park on Km 48.7. Park here and the tour guides will receive you for check-in.

Approximate driving time from Rincon: 1.40 hrs. We recommend giving yourself 2 hours to be safe.

1. If you are coming from Isabela, Quebradillas or around, take road #2 connecting with highway #22.
2. Take the exit 77B onto route #129 South and continue until the intersection with PR 111, turn left and continue.
3. Stay on PR-111 and immediately after Km 40.1 you will come to an intersection with RP-134, veer sharp right here and stay on PR-111.
4. Pass the Puma gas station, after 5 minutes you will cross a large bridge, then continue for one more minute until you get to our office in front of the Indigenous Ceremonial Park on Km 48.7. Park here and the tour guides will receive you for check-in.

Approximate driving time from Isabela: 1.45 hrs. We recommend giving yourself 2 hours to be safe.

1. If you are coming from Ponce, take the exit to road #10 North from the Ponce highway (look for the Big Letters on the highway that says “PONCE” in RED), follow the signs for road PR 10 North towards Adjuntas.
2. Once there, keep on PR 10 North until the intersection of Adjuntas-Utuado, turn right (towards Utuado) onto route #123 and continue.
3. After 20 minutes on route 123, you will reach Km 49.4 and a sign indicating towards Utuado/Arecibo. Turn right so you connect again with PR 10 North.
4. In less than 2 minutes, you will get to a traffic light, turn left onto PR #111 West (Oeste) towards the Caguana Indigenous Ceremonial Park.
5. After 20 minutes you will find the Caguana Indigenous Ceremonial Park on your left. Our Tourist Information Center is the building just in front of it and here at Km 48.7, you will meet with our tour guides to check in.
